Return Merchandise Authorizations
For any of the products that we sell we provide full customer service. As part of the customer service, we provide product returns.
- We track the "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)" process through to completion. Many times things like this can fall through the cracks, but our system will not let that happen.
- The burden of following up on the RMA is taken off of your back.
- The RMA process is done in a timely fashion.
Protronix Controls knows that any time a product is returned, it can be a major annoyance when it takes "forever" for it to come back. Many times this can mean lost production time. We take great steps to make sure that it is tracked and returned and quickly as possible.
